SQL Server Internals Viewer

Posted by decipherinfosys on February 15, 2009

There is a wonderful tool written by Danny Gould – it’s called the SQL Server Internals Viewer and you can download it either from code plex or from SQL internals Viwer site here.  It is a tool for looking into the SQL Server internals storage structures and how the data is physically organized and stored.  And to make it even more user friendly, this is installed as a SSMS add-in and is compatible with both SQL Server 2005 as well as SQL Server 2008.
