Here is a link to the Reporting Services Scripter:

These requirements have come up time and again at many of our clients who are using SSRS:

a) To be able to extract out all RDL and SMDL from a Report Server.

b) To have the ability to be able to transfer reports from one server to another without the usage of Report Manager since it is error prone.

c) Automatically backing up the reports before overwriting them.

d) Generate scripts for system and item level roles.

e) Allow customization of the generated scripts to suit different environments.

All this and much more is delivered by the Reporting Services Scripter. This has been written by a Microsoft MVP: Jasper Smith. We would highly recommend downloading the utility and using it to help ease some of the issues that one deals with on a daily basis with SSRS.
