Using SAC in a clustered environment

When you have a clustered SQL Server environment and you are trying to use SAC (Surface Area Configuration) on it to set the different settings for services and connections, you need to first change the name of the computer before trying to make changes.  The image below shows how and where to make that change:

Please note that it needs to be the virtual SQL Server name that is associated with the virtual IP Address.  If you try to give the virtual IP address itself, you will get an error like the one shown below.
