Microsoft has released a cluster configuration validation utility called clusprep. It validates whether the servers are ready for Microsoft Server Cluster installation. You can install it on a 32-bit architecture machine and from there you can connect to the servers (32 as well as 64-bit) and do your validation checks.
This utility can be downloaded from MSFT site here.
